I was a initially sceptical about SE  – it seemed so different to other ‘talking’ therapies I’d experienced.

But as I worked with Maggie and started listening to my body and what it was telling me through movements and sensations – like tingling in my hands -  I found I was able to let go of a lot  of the stress I’d been carrying around with me for a long time.
                             
What is great about SE is that it’s not about re-living past experiences – it’s a very gentle way of ‘unfreezing’ bits of yourself
