Individual Sessions
Each session is tailor-made to the individual & may involve any combination of hands-on bodywork, gentle-movement, development movement patterns, anatomy study, drawing, body-awareness & compassionate witnessing. Sessions may be relaxing & involve lying down (on a futon), sitting or standing & receiving bodywork. Sessions may be more dynamic, movement-based or self-directed.
Who are Sessions suitable for?
Anyone interested in a body-based approach to health & exploring the mind-body connection for well-being. This includes sports people, therapists & those with special needs.

How often should I come?
Sessions can be experienced as & when needed. However, you may well experience more effective benefits from receiving a series of sessions. I reccommend 5-6 sessions weekly to fortnightly, or as your intuition guides you.
Working Indoors or Outdoors
Individual sessions are usually experienced indoors, in a contained & safe space (see venue below). However outdoor sessions are also available to experience deeper connections between your internal environment & the environment around us. Please enquire.
Cost
Individual Sessions - Initial Session £32 for 1 hour 15 mins
Consecutive Sessions £30 for 1 hour, £45 for 1.5 hours
£150 for series of 6 sessions (1hour each, booked in advance) to be used over a 6 month period

Currently available at Archie Browns Therapy Room, Bread St, Penzance
Home visits may be possible & will include a surcharge
