Somatic Experiencing®  (SE) is a pioneering body-awareness approach to healing stress, shock and trauma. It is the result of over 40 years’ scientific observation by Foundation for Human Enrichment founder Dr. Peter Levine, and widely used in his native America to treat post traumatic stress disorder and other severe suffering.

SE is efficient in naturally resolving most physical, emotional, psychological, relationship and environmental issues - often quickly. And is particularly effective at stopping stubborn symptoms that won't shift despite repeated medical or other therapeutic treatment.
